Our History

The Hotel began in the antique building on February 7th of 1948, with a total of 16 rooms, being its founder Mr. Antonio Abisad Chimely.

On April of 1963 the pool was inaugurated.

Later, the construction of the first and second floor of the actual hotel begins, starting to function on September 26th of 1963, only a few months after the pool.

With the effort, work and accomplishes in the year 1989-1990, under the direction of Mr. Jose Antonio Abisad Secayem, there is added a third floor that increased the number of rooms of the hotel.

In the year 2000, the fourth and fifth floors were added meaning that the hotel passed from 16 to 182 rooms.

The restaurant was acquired in the year 2004.

The last remodeling was the one of the Bar and the pool.
